Working in Droylsden

The housing stock here is a real mix — Victorian and Edwardian terraces around the Market Street and Manchester Road areas, interwar semis toward Audenshaw, and newer estates near the Ashton Canal and Fairfield.
That mix matters for heating work. Older terraces often still have back boilers or first-generation combis in awkward positions, and pipework that's been altered several times over the years. Newer builds are typically straightforward combi installs but can suffer from undersized radiators or poorly balanced systems. Either way, I'd rather look at what's actually there than quote blind.
