Once I know what's causing it, you get a clear price in writing before anything is repaired. If the repair is completed on the same visit, the £80 comes off the cost.

Parts are sourced from trade suppliers. All work is carried out to Gas Safe standards, backed by a 12-month McNamara Heating workmanship guarantee. This covers my labour on the work carried out; manufacturer and parts warranties are separate. It excludes normal wear and tear, general maintenance issues, faults unrelated to the original repair, and damage caused by others. Your statutory rights are not affected.

I test the boiler fully before leaving. You get confirmation the system is working safely and efficiently.
